The Management Team within HARWIN Associates have all held senior positions within the criminal justice and police service environment and have been formally trained in all aspects of Criminal Records, the use, disclosure, security, retention and weeding, as well as legislation such as Data Protection, Human Rights and Rehabilitation of Offenders Acts.

Although the Team encompass over 50 years experience in this field, all have held wide ranging appointments in both the public and private sectors, including Financial, Recruitment, Training and Information Technology.
